About the Role We’re looking for energetic, coachable individuals with a passion for photography and working with kids! You’ll help capture traditional posed portraits of youth athletes at sports photo day sessions across the Valley. Photograph individuals and teams using your own DSLR or mirrorless cameraFollow our protocols to produce print-ready images—no post-editing requiredSet up and break down equipment (some lifting: 5–15 lbs)Travel to different locations each Saturday (weekday/Sunday work optional)Greet and communicate with coaches, parents, and childrenFill out paperwork and process orders using a smartphoneMaintain a smoke-free environment (including e-cigarettes)What You’ll Need Your own DSLR or mirrorless camera (Canon, Nikon, Sony, or Pentax preferred)Zoom lens with flexible focal rangeExternal Flash highly recommendedStrong understanding of your camera’s settings and functionsReliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insuranceFingerprint clearance card (a plus)Ability to commute across metro Phoenix and select Arizona citiesClean background (subject to check)Valid email and smartphone for communication and order processingYou’ll Thrive Here If You Are…
