Team Photographer & Videographer

Position Purpose The Atlanta Dream Team Photographer & Videographer is responsible for documenting the Atlanta Dream season and stories through photography and videography, capturing the emotion, intensity, energy, and personality of the team on and off the court, with a concentrated focus on basketball-specific content capture and creation. ● Shoot photography on court for all Atlanta Dream home and away games, with a creative and intentional eye that tells the story of the game through player performances. Videography ● Shoot video on court for all Atlanta Dream home and away games to tell the story of the game in accordance with the social strategy for game coverage. ● Stay up to date on trends in sports, social and content space and bring new ideas to the table to enhance Dream’s content planning for showcasing basketball content. ● Manage and maintain all photo/video equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting and storage media; recommend upgrades as needed Cross Functional Collaboration ● Uphold professionalism, reliability, and strong communication when working with players, basketball staff and partners while being able to operate independently in high-pressure environments.
