Tech & Personal Assistant

This position’s primary focus is to create an organized and supportive environment for our businesses. Our ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail (can spot a typographical error a mile away) and knows how to communicate in an organized and efficient way. This is a part-time position of approximately 10-12 hours per week for the first month or so. Duties and Responsibilities Our Assistant will be responsible for on-going support for our businesses. (You aren't expected to know all of these software applications/systems beforehand, but must be willing to learn and have some proficiency at least a few): Create branded graphic designed PDFs for online courses in Canva Create professional logos Assist with Zenler account Update Events with Payment integration on Squarespace site Assist with live webinars on Zoom Create campaigns in Mail Chimp Oversee Customer Support Schedule meetings with potential customers Manage social media accounts Prepare video blog for weekly distribution Credit Card Dispute Resolution and update systems as necessary Review e-mail materials and blog posts prior to distribution for accuracy Photography/video experience or interest a plus, but not required Make business telephone calls, as needed Run personal and business errands as needed Skills: Ability to communicate in a professional tone and manner via telephone, e-mail, and in-person Good command of English spelling, grammar, and usage Ability to switch between working independently with little-to-no supervision, to conversely being okay with following very specific instructions Above all, reliable and organized Application Instructions If you’d like to be considered for this role, please respond to this post with the following details: *Cover letter and PDF of your resume *Acknowledgment that you are aware of the pay range and that this is a part-time, contract position to start (full employment and insurance coverage may be offered after 6 months of employment) Values Striving for excellence.
