This is a full-time position working primarily in a call center environment located in our Salem, NH office. In this role, you would be resolving tech support issues and problems with equipment for our field support techs and sold customers. across several product lines in order to get the booths/kiosks up and running in a timely and cost efficient manner. • Experience in technical support, PC and peripheral hardware repair, installations and support along with a working knowledge of Windows and MS Office. • Basic electrical skills, inkjet and thermal printers, basic photography, LINUX OS and LCD monitors strongly desired.Create an account to see the full posting, access our search engine, and more.
