Temporary Social Media Moderator and Administrative Assistant

Photographer/Online Educator/Video Production Company with award-winning work in Paso Robles is hiring a Social Media Moderator and Administrative Assistant. We need immediate temporary help. This could turn into a longer term position. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to learn about creating online courses, photography and filmmaking, social media and email sequences, and design and enjoys the creative, fun and laid-back atmosphere of a home office and portrait studio. Requirements: • MUST BE Mac literate • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Good organizational and time management skills • Positive, cheerful attitude • Experience in Photoshop, Premiere, Lightroom a huge plus Duties in the office will be: Social media posts Social Media group moderation Administrative work including managing emails and client communication Backing up and organizing files and photos Running errands Answering phones Answering emails Hosting zoom calls with clients that need help Copying / backing up digital files To be considered for this position, please respond to this posting with: • a written introduction • resume • a writing sample (this can be a blog post, school paper, news article, script, etc.)
