Our Local Manager Will Also Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies Manage schedules, assign duties, and optimize labor to ensure all locations are staffed for success Determine staffing requirements and oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of all team members Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled Respond to all business calls or emails within a timely manner Create and reinforce a sales culture within the location to ensure team is knowledgeable, following proper cash handling procedures, and is maximizing sales potential to reach daily and monthly targets Verify daily bank deposits to DM, confirming bank deposit/credit card slips are with financial paperwork Coach and develop team members to drive revenue, reduce cost and provide world‑class guest service Establish and maintain positive and successful vendor relations with staff at all locations Partner with host venue to support a seamless, efficient operation with a focus on guest service and profitability Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery Ensure accurate/timely preseason setup, breakdown and securing of all equipment at your location Other duties required/assigned as detailed in Employment Agreement We Work Together to Win Together Our mission is simple: to bring magic to every experience by capturing moments that last a lifetime.
