Our team is collaborative, driven, and people-first—always looking for creative professionals who love working with others and capturing stories that matter.Key Responsibilities• Photograph subjects in-studio and on-location (headshots, lifestyle, events, corporate culture, and job sites)• Capture high-quality images with attention to framing, lighting, and brand style• Direct and connect with subjects to create natural, confident, and engaging portraits—even with camera-shy individuals• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet creative and technical expectations• Prep and break down camera gear, lighting, and backdrops for each shoot• Back up, tag, and transfer files promptly and accurately after each session• Follow project timelines and communicate clearly with team and clients• Occasionally assist in coordinating logistics, background staging, and lighting setups• Culling and EditingRequirements• Based in Colorado (Denver Metro area strongly preferred)• 2+ years of professional photography experience• Proficiency with Canon mirrorless or DSLR cameras (Canon R5 experience a plus)• Confident using natural and studio lighting setups• Excellent people skills—must be warm, confident, and able to make clients feel at ease• Experience photographing headshots, lifestyle imagery, and events• Reliable transportation to travel to local shoots• Strong organizational and time management skills• Familiarity with AdobeWhat Will Make You Successful in This Role• A can-do attitude and willingness to learn on the fly• Proactive problem-solving and strong follow-through• Positive, collaborative energy—even when shoots get long or timelines shift• Ability to manage time and tasks independently, without micromanagement• A genuine interest in people and telling their storiesBonus Skills (Not Required but Great to Have)• Videography or b-roll capture experience• Drone certification or interest in drone• Familiarity with architecture, construction, or corporate industries• Interest in growing into a full-time creative roleCompensation & Growth• Starting Salary: starting at $20,000/year for part-time (based on experience)• Estimated 20–25 hours per week (flexible based on workload)• Opportunity to grow into a full-time salaried role as our studio and national project work expandsHow to ApplyApply by August 15, 2025To be considered, your email must include:1.
