Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in videography and photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing short-form video content, preferably for social media platforms like TikTok. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment; expertise in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar. • Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in managing a creative team, with strong organizational and project management skills.
