Trainee Photographer/Assistant – Graduation Ceremony

GradImages®, a division of Balfour & Co., is seeking dependable, energetic individuals to join our team as Trainee Photographers and Team Assistants for graduation events in and around Cleveland, OH! • Trainee Photographers typically earn $90+ per event (approximately $22.50+/hour), • Assistants typically earn $$75+ per event (approximately $18.75+/hour). What We're Looking For • Friendly, professional demeanor • Strong time management and communication skills • A reliable vehicle for transportation to events (mileage reimbursed) • Photographers: At least 1 year of DSLR experience • Assistants: No photography experience needed—just a great attitude and reliability! Because we work directly with graduates, the schools require us to follow a professional dress code: • Dress in a conservative business suit • Dark colors are required by the schools, so that the focus remains on the graduates • Hair must be natural-looking, clean, combed, and neatly trimmed or arranged • Unkempt hair and non-traditional hair colors are not permitted • No facial piercings allowed • Tattoos must be covered at all times Application Question(s): • Because we work with the graduates the schools require us to have a dress code, Dress in a conservative business suit.
