Seasonal Opportunities | Make Graduation Moments Unforgettable Events may include portrait photography, ring and announcement sales, and regalia support. • Support photographers by collecting name cards and adjusting regalia for photo readiness • Guide graduates through the portrait process • Assist students in filling out information cards accurately • Maintain a friendly, organized, and professional event space • Jump in to support the team wherever needed • Outgoing, positive attitude and strong customer service skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy event environment • Professional appearance and demeanor • Ability to stand, walk, and engage with people throughout long event shifts • Reliable transportation to and from assigned event locations • Punctual and dependable – attendance is critical • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Event Details: • Seasonal, part-time, event-based roles (March–April) • Shifts range from 4 to 10 hours, depending on the event • Flexible weekday availability required (some weekends may occur) • Training is provided on-site for all roles • Pay: Competitive hourly rates (plus potential bonuses for photographers) • Travel/mileage reimbursement available for some locations
