• Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of skills training for employees • Organization and creation of training schedule by researching training needs, planning courses, organizing all materials, and conducting training as applicable. • Collaborates with Management concerning training budget preparation and implementation • Ability to develop Standard Work Instructions (SWI) for various processes and skill levels • Familiarity and ability to use LEAN tools where appropriate • Works effectively with all members of the Operations teams. • Performs other related duties as required. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Power Point, Word, Excel, ETC • Experience writing Standard Work Instructions • Experience creating training modules with rich media (videos, interactive modules) • Demonstrate patience, empathy, courtesy (emotional intelligence) in course of doing business DESIRED TRAITS AND CHARACTERISTICS • 1-2 years Prior experience working in training organization which uses Blended Learning approach • Familiar with Content Creation software (e.g. Camtasia) for video-based training • Proficient with MS SharePoint and/or other Web Content Mgmt.
