Barksdale, the oldest (1922) and "family" owned school Picture Company in America, is seeking photographers in the Mid-Atlantic Region for the 2026-2027 School Season.

ALL candidates MUST fit the following:

*Enjoy working with children and people in different schools every day

*Energetic and Enthusiastic

*Self-motivated with GREAT time management skills

*MUST be willing to travel DAILY between 50-200 plus miles per day

*Overnight stays possible

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

*MUST own Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance

*Paid background checks and drug testing required

*High School education or equivalent

*Be willing to work a FULL day, Early Mornings "SEASONAL" Monday - Friday schedule.

*The ability to operate and setup camera equipment

Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality school portraits in various locations while ensuring a positive experience for students and staff.
Manage time effectively to meet tight schedules and deadlines.
Maintain equipment and ensure proper procedures during shoots.
Collaborate with schools to understand their specific photography needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Stay updated on photography trends and techniques to continuously improve skills.
