Traveling School & Sports League Photographer

MJ Thomas Photography, a family owned and operated business, is looking for fun, reliable, hard-working people to assist with our Fall 25 photo season. We photograph a majority of New Mexico schools, as well as Southern Colorado and Eastern Arizona schools in the Four Corners region; so traveling out of town, with all expenses paid by MJ Thomas, is a requirement. Drive time, gas, meals and lodging when traveling out of town will be paid. No experience in photography needed, but having camera and lighting experience is a plus. We will provide equipment and on-the-job training. Must enjoy working with children and teens. We at MJ are looking for someone who has high energy, a positive attitude, and the ability to be goofy and fun around kids.

Being on time and having a reliable mode of transportation are extremely important. You could work 35-50 hours per week during the peak season. Wage $17 to $18 hr. depending on experience.

Driver's license required. Background check must be passed by the applicant. Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs. daily. This is a seasonal full-time/part-time position with opportunities for year-round employment.

Reliable transportation (Equipment needs to fit in your vehicle for transport to the next appointment),
Able to travel overnight and sometimes stay out of town most of the week (Drive time, gas, oil changes, lodging, and meals all paid by MJ Thomas).
