Trip Prep & Inventory Coordinator (Onsite – Lafayette, LA)

We run high-volume weekend events nationwide, and we’re looking for someone who can keep our trip kits and inventory organized, accurate, and ready to roll! 🧠 What We’re Looking For: • Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things the right way • Organized, dependable, and consistent with processes and checklists • Comfortable working in a role that’s half warehouse / half office • Basic computer skills (tracking, inventory updates, internal systems) • Prior experience in inventory, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or logistics is a plus (we can train the right person) 🕒 Schedule: • Onsite | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM • Approximately 40 hours/week • Higher activity days typically fall on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 💵 Compensation & Growth: • Starting Pay: $16/hour • 30-Day Review: Compensation reviewed after your first 30 days based on performance and ownership • Growth Opportunity: Strong performers can grow into operations leadership roles over time (team lead, warehouse/inventory leadership, or broader operations coordination) 📍 Location: • Onsite — Lafayette, Louisiana
