The digital photography/videography contractor position will provide support to the Public Affairs Office (PAO) on the planning and designing of concepts to represent internal and external communications initiatives. The contractor will specialize in capturing and creating high-quality images and videos for various mission-related activities using digital cameras and editing software to produce visually appealing and engaging content. Overall, the digital photography/videography contractor will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing content that helps the government customer showcase their mission, products and services in a compelling way. Key Responsibilities: - Review and respond promptly to service desk tickets - Plan and execute photo and video shoots, including setting up lighting, backdrops, and props - Capture high-quality images and videos that meet government leadership requirements and specifications - Edit and retouch photos and videos using editing software to enhance their quality and appeal - Collaborate with Leadership to ensure their vision corresponds to the mission - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in digital photography and videography - Manage and maintain equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories - Organize and maintain a digital library of photos and videos for easy access and retrieval - Meet project deadlines and deliver final products in a timely manner - Communicate effectively with leadership to understand their needs and provide exceptional service - Support the development and distribution of news sent to internal recipients. - Other duties as assigned
