We’re Looking For: • A passion for digital photography (underwater experience is awesome but not necessary) • Curiosity and confidence to ask a lot questions • A desire to interact with a variety of people each day (customers and co-workers) • Strong writing skills • An obsession with consistency and fine-point details Responsibilities Include: • Developing a working understanding of the product line with an ability to troubleshoot and advise customers • Answering customer inquiries by phone and email • Processing new orders in our ERP system and on the Shopify platform • Creating and updating product documentation using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator • Product photography and image processing using Adobe PhotoShop • Updating product information and marketing content on the website and social media platforms (Shopify, MailChimp, Later, Instagram, Facebook, TicTok, YouTube, etc) • Coordinating with sales and production to meet fulfillment deadlines • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) of dealers, distributors and retail customers using Microsoft Dynamics AX, Shopify and Mailchimp • Assisting other positions as necessary Eligibility for PTO (paid time off) starting at 90 days About Ikelite:
