Description: The University Photographer supports the Office of the Chancellor/Office of University Relations to position North Carolina A&T State University as a leader in higher education by increasing public awareness of the university and its academic programs, research and other strategic initiatives by publicizing its accomplishments and resources to a wide array of internal and external... audiences. Primary Function of Organizational Unit: The Office of University Relations is administered under the Office of the Chancellor of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (N.C. A&T). Preferred: Bachelor's degree in photography, fine arts, videography, communications, journalism or related field, with expertise in still photography, commercial photography, photojournalism, studio photography, videography and/or digital editing a plus; or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience. Minimum of five years of professional experience (excluding internships and apprenticeships) in photography is required. Creative thinker; ability to adapt in dynamic environment; strong customer service-oriented skills; action-oriented; detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
