Urban Outfitters is more than a retailer; it’s a cultural touchstone. The Stylist role is responsible for creating outfits for the e-commerce channel. They should have a background that balances an understanding of current and future trends, with the ability to seamlessly infuse these trends into the brand product. - Create and execute inspiring, on-brand, and on-trend looks for the women’s e-commerce channel weekly - Create strong and compelling looks for any elevated e-comm capsule messages - Prepare to review looks with Styling Director ahead of shooting and review prior weeks of imagery as a team - Collaborate with and contribute to the studio team including rotating approved models and HMU talent, in-house photographers and digital techs, art direction, and the operations team - Manage time on set to ensure the daily shot count goals are met while still maintaining high styling standards - Contribute to the organization of the studio space and sample process - Continuously research, share, and apply trend inspiration, detailing techniques, and emerging ideas to elevate brand imagery - The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Concept, to gain a holistic understanding of applicable trends and important product for UO’s customer - Review current brand sales information takeaways and apply to relevant e-comm sets URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
