Key responsibilities include: • Handling customer inquiries regarding rental vehicles, assessing payment methods, and communicating rental agreements and policies clearly. • Coordinating vehicle returns, conducting inspections for damages, processing applicable fees, and documenting findings. In addition to these key responsibilities, the Rental Fleet Coordinator will also be responsible for taking high-quality photographs of new inventory for marketing and sales purposes.
