What your day looks like: -Manage and organize pre-owned vehicles -Book vehicles (determine every option for each vehicle) -Photograph incoming vehicles using company required specifications -Take 21-30 pristine vehicle photos per vehicle highlighting all vehicle features -Manage all third-party websites such as Autotrader, Cars.com, Ebay, Craigslist to ensure accuracy of vehicle information. These sites should also include managing. current month’s promotions and managing all banner ads -Create customized vehicle comments for all vehicles. -Process/check in vehicles for Sales using required software -Note all damage on incoming vehicles -Determine the least expensive way to repair any damage as approved by Sales Manager -Control flow of work to the Recon (Reconditioning) and Service Departments -Merchandise vehicles as quickly as possible -Negotiate repair work fees -Schedule Employee and Customer reconditioning/repairs -Dispatch and track Lease/Rental vehicles for repairs.
