Position Overview
CR8LA & Home Sweet Home Productions is seeking experienced vendor photographers/ videographers to join our contractor network. This role focuses on producing high-quality real estate media and marketing content for general contractors, including photography, video walkthroughs, drone footage, and short-form social media content (Reels).
We are looking for creative professionals with a strong visual eye, attention to detail, and a dependable work ethic who can consistently deliver polished content that helps showcase properties, construction projects, and completed renovations.
Key Responsibilities
Capture professional real estate photography and videography for residential and commercial propertiesProduce visual content for general contractors, including before/after documentation, project highlights, and marketing materialsShoot and deliver:
High-quality property photosVideo walkthroughsDrone photo and video footageShort-form vertical content such as social media clipsEdit and deliver final media files in a timely mannerMaintain consistent image quality, composition, and lighting across projectsFollow shot lists and creative direction when providedCommunicate clearly with us and project teams regarding scheduling and deliverablesRepresent us professionally while on-sitePreferred Skills & Experience
Experience with real estate photography and construction/project documentationStrong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytellingAbility to shoot both horizontal (listing media) and vertical (social media) formatsExperience creating short-form video content for social mediaStrong time management and ability to work independentlyReliable and professional on job sitesEquipment Requirements
Vendors must provide their own professional equipment, including:
Mirrorless camera capable of high-resolution photo and videoWide-angle lens suitable for interior real estate photographyStabilization equipment (tripod or gimbal)Drone with appropriate licensing (preferred)Additional Requirements
FAA Part 107 Drone License (preferred for drone operators)Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sitesMust operate as an independent contractor/vendorPortfolio demonstrating real estate, architecture, or contractor-related contentHow to Apply
