We are seeking a detail-oriented, part-time Video & Photo Editor to transform raw footage and images into polished, high-quality deliverables that reflect our brand and mission.

Key Responsibilities

Editing & Post-Production

Cull, edit, retouch, and finalize photo galleries, ensuring consistent high-quality results.
Edit short and long-form video projects and reels using Premiere Pro or similar tools.
Maintain a consistent visual style and brand voice across all edited deliverables.
Oversee the upload, organization, and sale of finished photos and videos through online platforms.

Workflow & Collaboration

Meet deadlines and manage multiple editing projects simultaneously.
Champion the company's mission by producing content that uplifts and celebrates the beauty, strength, and grace of our dance clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience in photo and video editing (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar tools).
Strong eye for color, composition, and retouching consistency.
Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a hybrid/remote setting (if fully remote, high speed internet is required as is a commitment to uploading/downloading files in a timely manner).
Experience creating process guides is a plus.
Familiarity with dance photography or the performing arts is a bonus but not required.
