Video Production Manager Needed (head of production)

We are seeking a senior/advanced video production manager to join our team to continue the development of our highly interactive video courses. The candidate for this position will work with a team of script writers, content experts and along with our in-house software engineers to produce highly interactive training videos. • We are a small, stable independent company with a global vision • We strive for profitability while providing a human response to the individuals and agencies we serve • We are a talented and resourceful group, collaborating with specialists to develop exciting new products in support of our mission • We value our employees and their families, and work with them to meet their needs. • We expect team members to take initiative and responsibility, and to use their talents to explore new approaches • We are guided by a policy of honesty and transparency Main Duties and Skill Requirements of Video Production Manager (VPM) *Production Script / Pre-visualization / Storyboards & Animatics • View script and account for each asset to be recorded • Review assets with production team, identify and manage talent recruitment and auditions • Review with the script writing team the design and the production process of interactive exercises • Produce scratch track with script writing team review *Organization and Maintenance of Assets • Maintain production files with the ability provide any information requested from these files, at any time. *Production (shooting and recording in our in- house studio and on local locations) • Maintain and operate recording equipment, sound, video, and post-production • Extensive up-to-date knowledge of photography, videography and audio engineering • Shooting video: Generally, we tape one talent individual at a time utilizing our Sony XDCAM.
