Video Production Operations Manager - Remote

Hi, we are a Kickstarter Product Video production company, looking for a sub- contract Client Services Position - Production Manager (PM), who has experience as Line Producer and Client Services Lead in low budget short-form commercial Film Production or other Agency work. Supporting the team and Clients to develop innovative film ideas is a bonus. This role is the Manager with whom our clients will interface directly with, who helps to connect the client with the Creative Dept and the Location-based crews. It is a small crew, you would be connecting the Client and Creative Director (screenwriter) to organize around the script writing, shot list development, and performing necessary logistics, helping coordinate and confirm needed items that with the client in general to finalize and schedule the required resources the filming day, so that everyone can arrive to the remote sets on time and that they are prepared by you to get the most artistic, appealing shots. Remote Independent contractor Per project basis, Pays $400 flat rate per project ($35~$28 per hour) for an estimated 10-16 hours per project, to include 1-2 phone meetings with client, 3 weekly meetings with creative dept, and ad-hoc email coordination work between client and crews for pre-production items.
