Videographer

Digital Motif is hiring a full-time videographer to join our growing creative team. We're looking for someone with a strong eye for storytelling, experience in both shooting and editing, and the ability to bring brands to life through engaging, high-quality video content. From product promos to brand trailers to social media reels, you’ll be capturing moments that motivate action. What You'll Do: • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content for a range of clients • Work on-site at shoots in Knoxville and surrounding areas • Collaborate with our creative director and content team to bring campaign concepts to life • Edit with brand identity in mind—maintaining visual consistency and storytelling integrity • Manage gear, lighting setups, audio, and file organization • Deliver final assets optimized for web and social use • Participate in creative ideation and contribute fresh ideas • Requirements: • 2+ years of videography experience (agency or freelance) • Strong portfolio showcasing commercial and/or social media work • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus) • Able to direct small shoots independently or with a small team • Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments • Excellent time management and communication skills • Must be local to Knoxville or willing to relocate (no remote work) • Bonus Points For: • Experience with animation or motion graphics • Photography experience • Familiarity with brand storytelling for small businesses • Previous work in food & beverage, hospitality, or lifestyle marketing
