Videographer

We are adding a Videographer to our team, someone with an innate talent for storytelling and the ability to build content in a creative and compelling way. Who is a Videographer? In collaboration with the creative director, producer, and editor, videographers help determine a video’s look and feel to execute its creative storytelling vision, ensuring our deliverables meet client goals, creative concepts, and KERTIS standards. Skills & Requirements • 3-5 years of experience operating digital cinema cameras and DSLR/mirrorless cameras • An eye for creative framing and cinematic filming techniques • Knowledge of lighting techniques for interviews and stylistic settings • Ability to capture high-quality audio using wired microphones and wireless audio systems • Strong narrative storytelling skills • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other NLE’s • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments • Creative problem-solving & critical-thinking skills • Self-motivated & open-minded to give and receive constructive feedback • Diplomatic and supportive attitude • Community & globally minded • Availability to work occasional nights/weekends and travel out of town for up to 7 days Because we value the diversity of the people we hire and work with, we are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
