Videographer

Responsibilities • Film and photograph pool projects: progress updates, details, before-and-after, and final reveal content • Capture content at company events, team activities, and company trips, travel required • Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, plus longer edits as needed • Record quality audio when needed (interviews, homeowner testimonials, voiceovers) • Edit raw footage into polished deliverables (cutting, color, sound, captions, pacing) • Produce basic graphics and visual assets when needed (titles, overlays, light motion graphics is a plus) • Organize and maintain a clean digital asset library for easy access and reuse • Collaborate with our team on shot lists, storyboards, and content strategy • Stay current on social media trends and propose new content ideas that fit our brand Qualifications • Proven experience in videography and photography, portfolio required • Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, After Effects is a plus • Comfortable working on active job sites and adapting to outdoor conditions • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently • Strong communication skills and a good eye for visual storytelling • Reliable transportation, willing and able to travel as needed • Bonus: drone experience (FAA Part 107 preferred), motion graphics, or experience capturing testimonials Application Questions • Are you able to travel for job sites, events, and company trips? • Do you have a portfolio that includes both video and photography work? • Do you prefer using company-provided equipment, your own equipment, or a mix?
