We are seeking a full-time Videographer & Photographer to work closely with our teams, capture the craftsmanship behind every project, and turn raw footage into high-quality, engaging content for social media, web, and marketing channels. This role owns the complete content pipeline—from on-site capture to final editing and publishing.

The Role

What You’ll Do

Capture daily photo and video content across active construction sites, including pool construction, home building, remodeling, and exterior projectsProduce professional real estate photography and video walkthroughs for listings and marketing usePlan, storyboard, and execute short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) as well as long-form project showcasesEdit all content end-to-end using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects)Manage the content calendar and publish content on a daily or near-daily basisDocument project progress through time-lapses, drone footage, and before-and-after visualsMaintain a consistent visual brand identity aligned with the company’s premium positioningCollaborate with leadership to align content with marketing campaigns and sales prioritiesOrganize and manage a structured digital media libraryStay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and emerging content formatsQualifications

What You Bring

2+ years of professional videography and photography experience (portfolio required)Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteAbility to independently shoot, edit, and publish content with minimal supervisionWorking knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)Reliable transportation for travel between job sitesComfortable working outdoors in varying conditions and active construction environmentsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsPreferred

Experience in real estate, architectural, or interior photographyFAA Part 107 drone certification (or willingness to obtain)Skills in motion graphics, color grading, and audio mixingBackground in construction, home improvement, or outdoor living industriesUnderstanding of SEO and performance analytics for digital contentExperience with content scheduling tools such as Later or HootsuiteWhy Silverline
