Videographer + Content Creator

Hope Church | Richmond, VA | Full-Time Hope Church is seeking an experienced Videographer + Content Creator who is passionate about telling meaningful stories of faith, transformation, and community. If you are a creative storyteller, a technically skilled filmmaker, and someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced ministry environment, we’d love to talk with you. Storytelling & Content Production • Create long- and short-form videos that highlight transformation, ministry impact, and community life • Produce multi-platform content for services, social media, campaigns, and digital communications • Develop seasonal and series-based video assets (Christmas, Easter, sermon series, capital campaigns) • Produce worship videos and bumper videos that support HOPE’s brand and message • Ensure all content aligns with our mission, visual identity, and brand standards What We’re Looking For • A growing and active faith in Jesus Christ • Alignment with HOPE’s mission, vision, and the EPC Essentials of Faith • Strong interpersonal and interviewing skills; able to help people feel at ease on camera • Proven experience producing both long-form and short-form video content • Creative strength combined with technical expertise • Excellent understanding of social media culture • Strong project management skills; self-starting and collaborative • Prior ministry or church communications experience preferred
