Videographer & Photographer

As our Lead Videographer and Photographer, you will play a key role in shaping the brand’s visual identity, capturing high-quality photos and videos at events, executing marketing campaigns, and producing content that inspires, educates, and converts. Daily/Weekly: • Plan, shoot, and edit video and photo content for digital marketing, social platforms, and ad campaigns • Collaborate with the team to execute creative briefs and brainstorm visual storytelling ideas • Maintain and organize digital media assets and equipment • Scout and suggest shoot locations and setups • Attend and capture behind-the-scenes and testimonial footage at live and virtual events • Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Timely delivery of high-quality edited photo/video assets (measured weekly/monthly) • Engagement metrics on video content (views, shares, comments, completion rates) • Brand consistency and visual quality, as judged by marketing and leadership team • Effectiveness of event coverage (captured testimonials, key moments, and promo-ready content) • Internal satisfaction with responsiveness, collaboration, and creativity Preferred: • Experience working with speakers, authors, coaches, or at live events • Familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram algorithm best-practices • Basic motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects, Canva, etc.) Please submit: • Your resume and a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience • A link to your portfolio (photo and video work – Instagram, YouTube, or website preferred) • In your email subject line, please use: “Lead Visual Storyteller Application – [Your Name]” • Briefly (in your cover letter) tell us about a project you’re proud of and why
