What you’ll be doing: Shooting sit-down testimonial interviews (you handle camera, lighting, and audio); Capturing b-roll of classrooms, activities, environments, and details; Shooting still photos (portraits, action, atmosphere); Setting up and managing your own gear; Following creative direction while working independently; Keeping footage and photos clean, consistent, and well organized. What we’re seeking: Strong hybrid shooter (video plus photo) with real-world experience; Own professional camera gear, lenses, lighting, and audio kit; Comfortable lighting interviews and capturing clean audio solo; Able to move fast in real environments (schools, events, active spaces); Good communication, punctual, and easy to work with; Experience with branded, documentary, or education content is a plus.
