Videographer / Photographer

Compensation: Hourly | $25 - $35 per hour | Up to 15 Hours Per Week We’re a high-performance training facility redefining what fitness, recovery, and community can look like. We're looking for a creative, self-driven Part-Time Videographer to capture the Carbon energy—on the floor, in the lounge, during workouts, and across community events. You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual voice of our brand by producing high-impact video content for social media, digital campaigns, and in-house storytelling. Responsibilities • Capture high-quality video content during workouts, classes, events, and behind-the-scenes moments • Edit engaging short-form content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and promotional use • Work closely with the marketing team to align video with campaign themes and weekly content calendars • Organize and archive footage for ongoing brand asset use • Stay on top of video trends in the fitness & wellness space • Occasionally assist with studio-style shoots for branded initiatives or product drops
