Videographer / Photographer -- Full Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Videographer / Photographer to join our creative team on a full-time basis. This position is responsible for executing high-quality visual content that supports marketing, communications, and project storytelling initiatives. This role will own the production process, bringing team concepts to life through post-production and delivering compelling content that showcases commercial construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual eager to bring ideas to life and make a lasting impact through visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture, produce, and edit video content across multiple projects
Execute professional photography and photo editing to support marketing and project documentation needs
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to develop and execute creative content concepts
Manage on-site shoots, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to brand standards
Manage and maintain video and photo asset libraries, including organization and archiving systems
Oversee all aspects of post-production, including editing, color correction, audio, and final delivery
Coordinate and execute distribution of content across internal and external channels
Maintain consistency in visual style, messaging, and brand standards across all deliverables
Stay current on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate content quality

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Video Production, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Proven experience in videography, photography, and post-production in a professional setting (must be able to provide a portfolio)
Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects, and other Creative Suite tools preferred)
Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept to completion
Strong creative and storytelling abilities with attention to detail and brand alignment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
Flexibility to work varied hours based on project needs

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
