Videographer, Photographer, and Editor

The Photo + Video Creative brainstorms and creates concepts that align with all goals and objectives at JCW Creative. Photo + Video Creative often works in partnership with all team members and clients to create cohesive Photo + Video Creative work that has a clear understanding of the end vision and goal... General: • Performs research to conceptualize, plan, and develop projects most effective for a client • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested depending on the needs of JCW and its clients • Balances competing priorities and multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines • Performs Internal Reviews on work related to clients messaging as requested/assigned • Shape language and tone used in work for JCW Creative client’s • Works with all JCW Creative team members to review materials created and finalized Production: • Develops concepts and storyboards for video production projects with JCW Creative team members • Direct and stage video production projects in studio and on location • Coordinates and develops versions of work and presents to the Account Manager/Coordinator for approval Photo + Video Improvement: • Audits all processes, recommends process improvements, assists with implementation of changes to processes • Researches and analyzes industry trends to improve clients branding and messaging • Reviews creative work and suggests improvements • Works with team members to integrate video and photos most effectively for all projects and client’s brands.
