Videographer / Photographer

• Pitch, propose, and provide rationale for creative direction • Collaborate with the team on each stage of the video project from concept to script and storyboard development, to editing and animating, to presenting work in project touchpoints • Work on multiple projects within a variety of timelines and complexities – from quick-turn videos to longer term projects with multiple rounds of client feedback • Collaborate with brand, UX, product, business, marketing, and other channels to ensure content maintains visual parity across the Ally landscape • Contribute to the maintenance and implementation of the team’s Style Guide standards The Skills You Bring • 1+ years of corporate in-house, creative agency, or video production agency experience required • Bachelor’s degree in Filmmaking, Editing, Graphic Design, Animation, or comparable experience required • A genuine love of video & photo and passion for staying up on the latest storytelling and production trends • A self-starter who strives to make the next photo or video better than the previous • Expert knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently • Comfortable working in a corporate environment and interacting with executive leaders. • Strong foundational knowledge of layout, color, grids, icons, typography, proportion, photography and motion/rich media • Experience with multiple formats and can identify current graphical and editorial trends • Experience with music selection, color correction and sound design • Occasional travel and nights and weekend work as needed • Portfolio demonstrating your skills of all three: Filming, Photography & Editing Our Total Rewards program includes industry-leading compensation and benefits plus additional incentives that are designed to meet your needs and those of your family so you can get the most out of your career and your life, including: • Time Away: 11 paid holidays, 20 paid time off days, and 8 hours of volunteer time off, yearly (paid time off is prorated based on start date) • Planning for the Future: plan for the near and long term with an industry-leading 401K retirement savings plan with matching and company contributions, student loan pay downs and 529 educational save up assistance programs, tuition reimbursement, employee stock purchase plan, and financial learning center and financial coach access.
