Videographer, Photographer, and Editor

The Photo + Video Creative brainstorms and creates concepts that align with all goals and objectives at JCW Creative. Photo + Video Creative often works in partnership with all team members and clients to create cohesive Photo + Video Creative work that has a clear understanding of the end vision and goal. General: • Performs research to conceptualize, plan, and develop projects most effective for a client • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested depending on the needs of JCW and its clients • Balances competing priorities and multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines • Performs Internal Reviews on work related to clients messaging as requested/assigned • Shape language and tone used in work for JCW Creative client’s • Works with all JCW Creative team members to review materials created and finalized Photography + Videography: • Photographs and films content in line with the creative direction of the client’s brand and project • Photographs and films content in correct format • Aligns and confirms with clients brand imagery during shoots • Has a clear understanding on all Photo + Video equipment [i.e Canon, Matterport, etc] • Knows how to properly set up and break down equipment quickly and efficiently • Well versed in how to position and angle equipment for composition • Uses clear communication to direct needs on shoots and pays particular attention to detail [i.e background of shots, subjects appearance, etc] • Uploads and organizes all shoot media onto the server upon return to the office Production: • Develops concepts and storyboards for video production projects with JCW Creative team members • Direct and stage video production projects in studio and on location • Coordinates and develops versions of work and presents to the Account Manager/Coordinator for approval
