The Videographer’s responsibilities include ensuring that the necessary filming equipment is available for use, directing other camera operators on set, and editing film footage. To be successful in this position, you must be able to understand client briefs and work creatively to produce the desired product, and maintain consistency with the client’s vision. A good Videographer should stay up to date with industry trends and tools that will make projects more marketable. -Equipment/Shoot set-up and take-down -Maintaining communication with Client’s for scheduling video shoots and Storyboard discussions -Produce Client Storyboard, offering new ideas and creative visuals/presentations -Conducting marketing and strategy research to ensure the product is in alignment with client standards -Work closely with The Go Agency’s creatives on all creative and branding initiatives to ensure a consistent message across channels -Film/photograph client’s business locations and events -Edit photo/video shoots Qualifications: -Valid Driver’s License -Must be available to work weekends at Company Events -Highly Proficient in Photoshop and Adobe applications, including, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc. -Proven experience in Videography and Photography -Strong digital and editorial skills -Skillful with bringing content creation to life through specific visual strategies and tactics Schedule: Full-Time, Weekends required during Event Season (May through October) *Please provide work/portfolio links when submitting your application & resume to HR@thegoagency.com* Benefits & Perks: -100% employer contribution of coverage for Employee Medical Plans -Optional Vision Benefit Plans -10 PTO days per year -8 paid holidays per year -Pay increase after 90 days (based on work performance) -Additional perks include free admission to 50+ concerts state-wide, an inclusive "family" type culture, and opportunities to make additional money working at Company-sponsored events at a rate of $200 per day.
