Key Responsibilities • Capture high-quality photos and videos at active and completed renovation projects • Film walkthroughs, before-and-after transformations, talking-head videos, and behind-the-scenes content • Photograph completed projects for social media, website, and marketing use • Edit short-form and long-form video content efficiently and on-brand • Plan and publish consistent social media content across all platforms • Turn homeowner questions, trends, and blog topics into engaging photo and video posts • Monitor trends, formats, and platform best practices • Organize content, footage, and assets for repeatable, scalable output • Collaborate with leadership, designers, project managers, and marketing team Location: Tampa Bay, FL (in-office with frequent on-site shoots)
