Videographer/Photographer (REMOTE)

**What you'll do here:** + Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video and photography content for brand, marketing, and internal communications + Edit video footage, including sequencing, color correction, sound editing, and basic motion graphics + Capture and edit professional photography for digital, social media, web, events, and campaigns + Collaborate with marketing, creative, and communications teams to develop visual concepts that align with campaign goals + Ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines, visual identity, and quality standards + Manage end-to-end production, including pre-production planning, on-site shooting, and post-production editing + Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring proper file management and accessibility + Adapt and deliver assets in multiple formats, sizes, and aspect ratios for different platforms + Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining project timelines + Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and best practices in video production and photography + Support live or recorded event coverage as needed **Skills you will need here:** + Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film, Media Production, or related field (or equivalent experience) + Minimum of 3 years of experience in video production and/or photography + Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro + Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects is a plus) + Strong knowledge of lighting, composition, camera equipment, and post-production techniques + Demonstrated portfolio of video and photography work + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills + Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Cengage is committed to working with broad talent pools to attract and hire strong and most qualified individuals.
