Videography/Photography Intern

(Student) Videography / Photography Intern or Work Study – Goodwill of Greater Grand Rapids Position Pay Range Goodwill of Greater Grand Rapids is seeking a creative, motivated student to support our Marketing team through photography and videography. This role offers hands‑on experience capturing real moments in our stores and community to help tell the story of our mission, our impact, and the people we serve. Qualifications • Must be a Marketing student • Must be work‑study eligible • Be able to work approximately 15 hours per week; exact schedule will be determined later • Schedule will be within the bounds of Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, limited to 15 hours per week to accommodate academic schedule • High School Diploma or better • Experience in office setting preferred but not required • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and promote a positive working environment, spirit of cooperation, and positive reactions to change and conflict resolution • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, both written and oral, which transcend diverse audiences • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and relate well to students, parents, faculty, staff, and others while maintaining appropriate confidentiality • Demonstrated motivational and problem‑solving capabilities with a high degree of integrity, ethics, and dedication to the mission of the University • No regular lifting requirements, occasional lifting up to 20 pounds
