Fairytale Films is a real estate photography company specializing in high-quality photo and video services for real estate professionals. Our team is dedicated to reliability, quick turnaround, and making every property look its best. Responsibilities • Manage client communication via email, phone, and online platforms • Schedule photo and video shoots for real estate agents • Organize and maintain files using Dropbox and Google Workspace • Upload and deliver photos/videos through our photography platforms (ex: Aryeo) • Handle customer service inquiries promptly and professionally • Support the team with general administrative needs • Ensure deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time • Be available outside of standard hours for urgent client needs Qualifications • Prior customer service experience (required) • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) • Comfortable using Dropbox and other cloud-based tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and problem-solve • Previous virtual assistant or administrative experience preferred Job Details • Schedule: Full-time, Sunday–Thursday, 9am–5pm EST as core hours, with required availability outside of these hours for urgent client requests • Pay: $150 per day • Location: Remote (virtual position)
