pAs strongAssistant Local Manager/strong, you will work alongside our Local Manager as you lead, develop and motivate the local team to achieve personal, professional, and company goals. /p

liPromote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies /li
liAssist LM with preparations for the opening day including hiring completion, inventories, equipment setup/testing, staff scheduling and training, and learning proper opening/closing procedures/li
liTake photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home/li
/ul
ul
liemPhotography experience not required /em/li
/ul
ul
liAddress and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery/li
liLead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by senior management/li
liTroubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed/li
liAssist Local Manager with administrative tasks such as inventory, scheduling, training and/or recruiting/li
liAll other duties as assigned/li

liPositive attitude and strong work ethic/li
liTeam player who can work independently and understands the importance of leadership/li
liExcellent time management and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong, independent decisions/li
liAbility to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling/li
liProfessional attire and good hygiene are a must/li
liAvailable to attend mandatory pre-season training/li
liFlexibility and willingness to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays/li
liAvailable to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed/li

liAt least 18 years of age/li
liPrevious retail/assistant manager and photography experience preferred /li
lispan /spanspanAbility to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time/span/li
liAbility to stand, walk, and perform easy, guided choreographed movement independently/li
