Job Description The Photography Assistant plays a vital role in supporting photographers throughout the creative and technical process of a shoot. They are responsible for preparing products and props, organizing equipment, setting up the studio, and managing logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Photographer throughout the shoot process (studio and lifestyle) • Preparation of products for shooting (steaming, ironing, ensuring compliance with delivery forms) • Props management: selection, booking, and coordination of delivery/returns with the warehouse • Studio setup & styling assistance, ensuring smooth execution during shoots • Product identification and shoot scripting during sessions • Maintain studio organization and manage equipment inventory • Handle logistics during lifestyle shoots (transportation, equipment, props, and production-related tasks) • Contribute to reviewing briefs with the photographer and supervisor • Project coordination using tools such as Jira • Prepare keywords and file naming conventions for image management • Upload and manage assets on OTMM and Box platforms • Perform basic photography tasks (shooting Tier4/Tier6 images, cropping, color correction, silhouetting, and basic retouching) • Stay engaged in AI-driven tools and experiment with how they can support or optimize photography and post-production processes Requirements: • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Basic photography and retouching knowledge • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced studio environment • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus • Curiosity and openness to learning about AI applications in photography, from generating creative concepts to streamlining workflows
