We are seeking a full-time Visual Communication Specialist to join our Communications and Marketing team. The Visual Communication Specialist's primary responsibility is to assist our Owner Services team in onboarding new vacation rental properties and maintaining our current inventory by shooting and editing high-quality interior and exterior photographs, creating 3D walk- through property tours, and producing drone videos for our website. The Visual Communication Specialist will also work with the Communications and Marketing manager to curate visual content for our various marketing channels including print, social media video messaging, and company websites, as well as: \\- Providing employee group photos and headshots for Garden City Realty communications \\- Performing typical administrative tasks like appointment scheduling, client communications, and maintaining an up-to-date portfolio \\- Attend meetings as scheduled The ideal candidate for this position will have strong videography and photography skills; proven experience in multimedia storytelling; ability to work both independently and as a team player; demonstrate flexibility and the desire to learn in a fast-paced environment; and willingness to travel to company locations and events regularly. A Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
