Visual Designer

We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Visual Designer to join our team and help design visual experiences for a wide variety of digital products. What You’ll Do • Create detailed visual comps of and visual assets for web pages for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens • Working with and presenting concepts directly to clients. You know when to agonize over pixels at the right times. You understand the importance of visual design as part of an experience from both a human-centered and business perspective. Your Background • Degree in visual design, graphic design, HCI or equivalent work experience • 3+ years as a professional creative • Experience in digital and print including, web, mobile, social and emerging platforms • Proven ability to develop and produce pixel perfect creative ideas • Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, and can manage multiple projects under minimal supervision • Ability to operate in an agile, entrepreneurial environment • Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work well under pressure to meet important deadlines • Ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks at the same time • A keen eye for design and knowledge of the latest visual trends • Illustration skills, motion graphics/animation experience strongly desired • Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, XD,Sketch or equivalent design too
