We are looking for someone warm, professional, and motivated to grow — not necessarily someone with the most impressive portfolio. Technical skills can be developed. The ability to walk into any property and immediately earn a client's trust cannot.

Below is what we require to get you out on job sites.
A full frame camera with a 16-35mm f/4 or better lens, OR a cropped sensor camera with a 12-24mm f/4 or better lens, capable of uncropped 4K at 60fpsOwns or is prepared to acquire a drone at the level of a DJI Mini 4 Pro, Air 3S, Mavic 2 Pro, or better. Basic flight skills are a fine starting point.Has or is willing to obtain an FAA Part 107 drone license, with our full supportA gimbal is a plus but not requiredSCHEDULE & PAYMinimum three days of availability per week including evenings for twilight sessionsPer-shoot pay, clearly defined by service typeOff-peak work available — priority goes to our most loyal and skilled team membersThis is not a single hire.
