Reporting to the SVP, Photography, we are looking for a VP, Photography for the US, who will lead and inspire a large, growing team of world class photographers. • Ensure operational metrics are in place that are aligned to, and support, business objectives as well as developing delivery standards that can be scaled across a large organization. • Evolve on-boarding and training programs that focus on driving integration of new team members and the on-going development of photographers and managers.
