Our Local Manager Will Also • Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies • Manage schedules, assign duties, and optimize labor to ensure all locations are staffed for success • Determine staffing requirements and oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of all team members • Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled • Respond to all business calls or emails within a timely manner • Create and reinforce a sales culture within the location to ensure team is knowledgeable, following proper cash handling procedures, and is maximizing sales potential to reach daily and monthly targets • Verify DAILY bank deposits to DM, confirming bank deposit/credit card slips are w/financial paperwork • Coach and develop team members to drive revenue, reduce cost and provide world class guest service • Establish and maintain positive and successful vendor relations with staff at all locations • Partner with host venue to support a seamless, efficient operation with a focus on guest service and profitability • Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery • Ensure accurate/timely preseason setup, breakdown and securing of all equipment at your location • Other duties required/assigned as detailed in Employment Agreement What We're Looking For • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Team player who can work independently and understands the importance of leadership • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong, independent decisions • Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling • Professional attire and good hygiene are a must • Available to attend mandatory pre-season training • Flexibility and willingness to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays • Available to work a minimum of 40 hours a week or as needed Knowledge, Experience & Skill • At least 18 years of age • High School Diploma Required • Previous retail/assistant manager and photography experience preferred • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time • Ability to stand, walk, and perform easy, guided choreographed movement independently What Else Can You Expect • A fun, fast paced, and passionate environment • Career advancement opportunities • Flexible schedule • Referral program • One free photo package for friends and family per staff member • Must be used 2 weeks before the close of each season We Work Together to Win Together Cherry Hill Programs strives to provide a positive work environment that values excellence in safety and quality, free from discrimination and harassment.
