Primary Responsibilities

Product Photography

Photograph all incoming luxury Jewelry inventory for e-commerce website useProduce consistent, high-quality product images that accurately represent each piece of jewelry.Capture detailed macro photography highlighting craftsmanship, condition, and unique featuresEdit, retouch, and prepare images for publication while adhering to established brand standardsCapture short-form videos of each timepiece for website product pages

Content Creation

Produce original photo and video content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTubeCreate short-form videos, Reels, Stories, and promotional content for organic and paid marketing campaignsDevelop and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand and business goalsPlan, pitch, and execute creative content ideas that showcase inventory, educate audiences, and strengthen luxury brand positioningCapture behind-the-scenes content, new arrivals, company culture, and other brand storytelling assets

Marketing Support

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content supports overall business goals and advertising strategiesAssist with creative planning, campaign development, and visual storytelling initiativesMaintain an organized digital asset library for current and future marketing use

Team Support

Contribute to day-to-day business operations by assisting with shared office responsibilities as neededDemonstrate flexibility and willingness to support additional tasks that contribute to team and company success

Key Objectives – First Year

Establish and maintain a professional in-house photography studioPhotograph and edit all incoming inventory to meet website quality standardsDevelop and maintain a consistent visual style that reflects a luxury brand aestheticProduce engaging photo and video content that supports social media, marketing, and advertising initiativesBuild and maintain an organized digital asset library for ongoing marketing needsContinuously improve photography workflows, studio processes, and creative output to support company growth
