- The pay is a competitive $100 per hour for primary shooters and $75 per hour for second shooters - You can set your own schedule to work other jobs and build your own business - The workload may range from 10-40 weddings per year through Tolman Media - The flexibility to work around other jobs and build your own business - The opportunity to work with a creative wedding photo/video team - Competitive pay rates - Proficient in photography and videography - Skilled in submitting raw photos (culled) on time - Familiarity with full-frame DSLRs or mirrorless and fast prime lenses - Able to work independently with their equipment - Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment - Bachelor's degree in Photography or Videography or related field (preferred) - Proven experience as a wedding photographer and videographer - Experience reviewing, editing, and manipulating photos - Excellent photography and videography skills Experience Requirements:
